Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Duty Hours: 48 hours (as per hospital duty schedule)

Remuneration:

• Ward Duty: ₹250–₹280 per hour

• ICU Duty: ₹300–₹350 per hour

Salary shall be as per experience and negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients and assess their clinical condition.

• Attend to patients in the ward or ICU as assigned.

• Maintain patient records and prepare clinical documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate medical care.

• Follow hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines.

Eligibility:

• MBBS qualification from a recognised institution.

• Valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council.

• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience.

• Experience in ward or ICU management will be preferred for the respective assignment.
